Required conduct

• Be truthful about identity, age, relationship status, and intentions.
• Respect boundaries and consent. A match or reply never implies consent to sexual, financial, or off-platform contact.
• Do not harass, threaten, hate, stalk, scam, solicit money, or share private content without permission.
• Do not use Janodel for advertising, recruitment, escort services, trafficking, or other unlawful activity.

Verification limits

Selfie review is a manual resemblance check against profile photos. It is not government identity verification, proof of age, or a guarantee of safe behaviour. Some people may be introduced while review is pending. Do not send money, financial credentials or intimate images to someone you have not independently assessed; report suspicious requests.

Reports and enforcement

Use report and block tools or email support@janodel.com. Janodel may preserve relevant records, investigate, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, reject photos or verification, stop introductions, or contact authorities where reasonably necessary. Emergency situations should be reported to local emergency services first.

If Janodel restricts your account or content, you may ask for review by contacting support@janodel.com unless doing so would create a safety, fraud, or legal risk.
