How to make a request
Use the in-app account controls or email support@janodel.com from the email associated with your account. State the right you wish to exercise. To withdraw sensitive questionnaire consent, contact support@janodel.com. We may request proportionate information to verify identity before disclosing or deleting data.
We normally respond within one month. Complex or numerous requests may take longer where the GDPR permits; if so, we will explain the reason and extension within the first month.
Limits
A request may be limited where necessary to protect another person's rights, preserve evidence of abuse, comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or retain mandatory financial records. We will explain a refusal or limitation when legally permitted.
